It is an educational solution for students aged 12-18 that helps learners understand their natures and establish their own career path. The kit contains diagnostic tools that identify learners' working styles, and provides a structured program for choosing a stream, and building a successful future with respect to their professional lives. 

Designed by Rudolph after 20 years of teaching and research in India, the US and Japan, the Jiva Career Kit guides students to choose the right stream and helps students understand their nature. The Jiva Career Kit contains, among other things, a Career Discovery Test, a Multiple Natures poster, a Career Roadmap poster, a My Journal diary with prompts about multiple natures, an Activity Book with activities that help an individual identify the career, a DVD with interviews of career people, a career-related game and a directory of colleges and institutes of higher study in India. 

The Multiple Natures poster talks about nine multiple natures of human beings. It includes prompts that elicit a response from readers with a thought-provoking question related to careers. In the Career Roadmap poster, the child needs to write down his career path, identifying the stream he should take, possible colleges to attend, etc. In the Activity Book, students are encouraged to engage in activities where they have to analyse people they know. The Kit also contains case studies about real people who have attained heights in their respective careers.
